This site is a public record of construction work on the hotel plot at Dabhaon, near the Dandi plant in Prayagraj. It runs from the first excavation in May 2026 to the floor slab and plaster work of late October 2026. Each day has a short plain-English note of what the site team did, followed by the photographs shared that day.
What is published
- Photographs of the site: excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concrete pours, walls, plaster, waterproofing, materials and the people at work.
- One short summary per day, written from the day's messages, describing the work done.
What is not published
- Videos. The archive holds 232 video files; none are on this site.
- Documents: 4 PDFs, 1 drawing file and the contact cards shared in the group.
- The chat itself. No message text, sender names, phone numbers or times are shown here.
- 18 photographs that showed documents, screenshots or written records, which are held back and not published. The list is kept with the archive for review.
How the record was made
The site group shared 2,596 messages over 159 days. Each photograph belongs to the day its message was sent, not the day the phone named the file, so late-night photographs are filed under the day they were discussed. Summaries were written by reading the day's messages and describing the work; conversations are not reproduced.
Photographs are published at web size only. Location and camera data are removed from every image. The full-resolution originals stay in the private archive.
